Troop 618 Trip to the Northern Tier – July 2009

Remainder of the Northern Tier Expenses – not counting the air fare, which has been paid – per person:

Meals while traveling                 $  42.00

Car Rental $902.67 ÷ 8 =        $112.83

Contingency Fee                       $  15.00

            Total                            $545.49 – round down to $545 per person additional fee

*@$59.50/day x 7 days = $416.50/person but only x 7 since the 8^th person is free.   

  Therefore, this comes out to $364.40/person for 7 days less $50 deposit paid, which      

   is $314.44

**To DFW Airport 300 miles @12 mpg =25 gal x $2.75/gal = $  68.75

         In Minnesota 600 miles @10 mpg = 60 gal x $2.75/gal = $165.00

                                                                                                     $233.75 ÷ 8 = $29.22

$545.00 - checks made payable to “B.S.A. Troop 618” due at the last meeting in July before the trip.  May need to do at PLC July 6 if no meetings in July.
